GO LOSE IT!
GO LOSE IT! is a weight loss coaching service best suited for those that want to move beyond counting calories and doing workouts that they dred.
This service provides not just training for the body, but for the mind. The goal is to make changes that are sustainable over the long-term, so a lot of attention is paid to habit formation, and making sense of things. In order to do this, we must sit down and take the time to hash things out in the mind.
Each GO LOSE IT! coaching package must consist of no less than session per week dedicated to an education session.
At the bottom of the page you will find my coaching packages: RISE, ULTRA, and SUPREME.
RISE consists of only one weight loss educational coaching session per week. There is no fitness training included in this package, except participants will receive a plan they can follow on their own.
ULTRA consists of one weight loss educational coaching session and one fitness coaching session per week.
SUPREME consists of one weight loss educational coaching session and two fitness coaching sessions per week.
I provide a FREE 30-minute consultation to anyone that has never used my services. During the consult, we learn about each other and how I can help you. Lots of questions are asked and information is shared. This is NOT a coaching session but a session to make sure we can work together as a team to achieve your goals. There is no pressure to make decisions during this time.
GO LOSE IT! requires a minimum of 3 months commitment with at least 1 session per week.
Privates & Semi-privates: privates are for single persons only and semi-privates are 2 people max. For semi-privates, both people must attend the sessions together and be willing to share the program.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
After your FREE consultation is complete, we pick a coaching plan that will best help you reach your goals.
I send you the online registration and waiver and link to setup payment. Then you can schedule your sessions via my online booking app.
WHERE DO WE MEET?
My in-home studio located at 151 Silvanus Crescent in Fort McMurray.
