Losing weight can feel hard and stressful, and at many times, feel very overwhelming. This makes it difficult to stay motivated, let alone get started.

With 17+ years of helping people lose weight, I COMPLETELY understand how you feel.

Having your own personal weight loss coach can be exciting and scary at the same time. Knowing that you have someone highly qualified and experienced guiding you on the most efficient path to reaching your goals, supporting and motivating you every step of the way, is a wonderful thing. At the same time, having your own personal weight loss coach now means you are being held accountable for your behaviour and choices.

Also, choosing a personal coach is a VERY personal thing. You want to be sure you have the right coach guiding you, and that you both "click." Personalities have to jive.  This makes the journey much more enjoyable for us both.

As a coach, I need to make sure that my clients are "coachable" before deciding to work with them. What does this mean? Clients need to be 100% dedicated and committed to this journey. I can only guide, teach, and motivate those that are willing to work with me. You MUST be ready to make changes in your life if you want to work with me.

I provide a FREE 30-minute consultation to anyone that has never used my services. During the consult, we learn about each other and how I can help you. Lots of questions are asked and information is shared. This is NOT a coaching session but a session to make sure we can work together as a team to achieve your goals. There is no pressure to make decisions during this time.

ABOUT THE COACHING

GO LOSE IT! requires a minimum of 3 months commitment with at least 1 session per week.

Privates & Semi-privates:  privates are for single persons only and semi-privates are 2 people max. For semi-privates, both people must attend the sessions together.

Style of Coaching: coaching for weight loss involves a series of educational sessions that will help clients take a sensible approach to weight loss while building sustainable healthy habits to last a lifetime. An educational session must be attended once a week.

Fitness coaching can be included in the weight loss package.  The various packages below offer weight loss coaching with or without fitness coaching.

I send you the online registration and waiver and link to setup payment. Then you can schedule your sessions via my online booking app.
