GO-4-10 is my latest online weight loss and fitness challenge, most suitable for beginner fitness levels, to help participants lose 10 pounds over 4 weeks. By using real food, express bodyweight workouts, and a determined attitude, you will change your body on the most EFFECTIVE and EFFICIENT weight loss plan of your life!

I've been teaching people how to be fit and healthy since 2000. I've worked with thousands of people, all of whom have had their own individual struggles. The thought of trying to lose weight for many makes them feel overwhelmed and stressed out. Before they even begin, they have given up.

Anyone can participate, but All PARTICIPANTS should seek their doctor's advice and approval before taking on this challenge.

This challenge is most suitable for beginner fitness levels. GO-4-10 is a great due to it's simple design and easy to follow instructions. I feel it's a perfect fit for the following:

  • new moms and dads who don't have extra time to get to the gym
  • couples/families that want to make a healthy change together at home
  • people juggling a very busy life but can workout for 15 minutes a day
  • people who can't afford gym memberships, fitness equipment, or to hire a personal trainer
  • people who feel uncomfortable working out in public places
  • people who need a boost and/or want to try a new challenge


The great thing about this challenge is that even if you have food allergies or sensitivities, are vegan or eat a vegetarian diet, or breastfeeding, you can still participate. As long as you’re following the challenge rules, which do not impose upon any of these situations, you are good to go.

I give you a FOOD GUIDE. The guide allows a ton of freedom to choose fruits, veggies, berries, greens, healthy fats, plant or animal protein, etc., that you enjoy.

However, the meal plan with 28 recipes may or may not included meat and dairy.  I did not pick recipes that catered to any one special diet. It will be up to the participant following a special diet to make the alternative choices.


Okay people. I just wanted to share this because it’s pretty freaking great. I’m at the point where I want to loose some weight but holy shit-balls I’m busy, and it’s damn cold out. This here is a 4-week ONLINE challenge. I do the quick fitness videos (at home, in my pajamas because who gives a shit) and just started the food challenges. I'm so glad I joined. I've been active all my life, and I love to ride my bikes, a lot! BUT, I sure in hell wasn't always healthy. I struggled with a negative body image, low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. I used to binge eat, had a dangerous love affair with sugar, and drank too much alcohol too often. It was through my personal struggles I have learned the most, how to become strong, and how to take charge. I'm proud to say that I'm now in a very happy place. I am in control of my life, my body, and my choices.

I feel my hardships are a gift, allowing me to gain insight and understanding of what it is to struggle. Regardless of our struggles, each and every one of us has the power to succeed. Believing in yourself and harnessing that power is the key to changing your life and reaching your goals. You have to be willing to dig deep and step outside your comfort zone.

My favourite quote of all time is this: "If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you." It is through hard work and self-discipline that we discover who we really are, as well as our full potential. We are more capable than what we think!
